Jalapeño Poppers
- 8 Jalapeños
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 16 slices of bacon
- 16 toothpicks
Beef Smokies Ingredients
- 1 pack of beef smokies
- 1 pack of bacon
- Toothpicks
- Your favorite BBQ seasoning
Jalapeño Poppers
- In a bowl, add your cream cheese with your cheddar cheese and mix.
- Slice jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
- Spread your cheese mixture into your jalapenos.
- Wrap your jalapeño with a slice of bacon and add toothpick to keep in place.
- Season with your favorite BBQ rub.
- Pre-heat your Primo to 325° F, then place your jalapeño poppers facing up.
- Smoke until bacon is fully cooked. This should take approximately 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Beef Smokies Instructions
- Cut your bacon to the size of the smokie and wrap.
- Secure the bacon wrap with a toothpick.
- Season with your favorite BBQ seasoning.
- Place on the grill with the Jalapeño Poppers for 30 min, or until bacon is cooked through.
Chef's Notes
Place foil pans on your deflector plate to catch excess drippings from the poppers.
